VORA에 부동산 실거래가 검색 도구가 새로 추가됐어요. 이제 그냥 물어보면 돼요.
공식 자료를 한곳에서
이 도구는 국토교통부의 실거래·전월세 자료와 개별공시지가, 한국부동산원의 공식 부동산 통계를 조회해요. 결과에는 출처가 함께 붙어요.

매매 실거래 — 아파트, 단독/다가구, 상업업무용. 계약일·거래금액·면적·층, 해제 여부까지
•
전세·월세 실거래 — 아파트, 연립/다세대(빌라), 단독/다가구, 오피스텔. 보증금과 월세를 따로, 신규·갱신 구분과 종전 금액은 제공되는 경우에
•
개별공시지가 — 주소나 필지번호로 특정한 토지의 원/㎡, 기준연월, 공시일. 연도별 비교도 돼요
•
부동산 통계 — 매매·전세 가격지수, 거래량, 지가, 오피스텔 동향, 상업용 임대·공실률

금액에는 단위를, 면적에는 기준을 붙여주세요. "15억원 이하", "전용 84㎡ 이하"처럼요. 30평형을 전용 84㎡로 자동으로 바꿔 읽지는 않아요.알아두실 점

실제 계약 기록이에요. 지금 나와 있는 매물이나 호가를 찾는 도구가 아니에요.
•
가격 전망이나 매수·매도 추천은 하지 않아요. 공식 자료를 그대로 가져오는 도구로 봐주세요. 거래 판단은 본인의 책임으로 해주세요.
•
기간을 안 적으면 최근 3개월 중 최신 30건부터 보여줘요. 더 필요하면 같은 조건으로 이어서 요청하세요.
•
공시지가는 토지 1㎡당 가격이에요. 아파트 동·호수별 공시가격이나 실거래가와는 다른 값이에요.
•
아직 지원하지 않는 것도 있어요. 연립/다세대 매매, 오피스텔·토지 매매, 상업용 전월세, 개별·공동주택 공시가격은 조회되지 않아요.

Official records in one place
This tool looks up sales and rental records and individual assessed land values from Korea's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, plus official property statistics from the Korea Real Estate Board. Every result comes with its source.
•
Sales — apartments, detached / multi-family houses and commercial property: contract date, price, area, floor and cancellation status
•
Jeonse and monthly rentals — apartments, row-house / multiplex homes, detached / multi-family houses and officetels, with deposit and monthly rent shown separately, and new/renewal details where supplied
•
Assessed land values — KRW/㎡, reference year/month and announcement date for a parcel identified by address or parcel number, with year-by-year comparison
•
Property statistics — sale and jeonse price indices, transaction volumes, land prices, officetel trends, commercial rents and vacancy rates
How to ask
Include the area or complex, property type and sale/jeonse/monthly rental, the period, and any price or area limits.

Apartment sales — "Show June 2026 apartment sales in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul with exclusive area up to 84㎡ and prices up to KRW 1.5 billion, newest first"
•
Officetel rent — "Show June 2026 officetel monthly rentals in 답십리동, Dongdaemun-gu with deposits up to KRW 100 million and rent up to KRW 1 million, lowest rent first"
•
Land values — "Compare the 2024–2026 individual assessed land values for 서울시 중구 세종대로 110"
•
Statistics — "Find the latest Seoul apartment sale price index with its reference period and unit"
•
Monthly summary — "Summarize apartment sale counts and average prices in Dongdaemun-gu by month from April to June 2026"
Add units to amounts and a basis to areas — "up to KRW 1.5 billion," "exclusive area up to 84㎡." A home marketed as 30 pyeong isn't automatically read as 84㎡ of exclusive area.A few things to know

These are contract records. It doesn't find current listings or asking prices.
•
No price forecasts or buy/sell advice. Treat it as a way to retrieve official records as published; decisions are your own.
•
Without a period, it starts with the newest 30 records from the last three months. Ask for more with the same conditions.
•
Land values are per ㎡ of land. They differ from assessed values for individual apartment units and from sale prices.
•
Some things aren't covered yet: row-house / multiplex sales, officetel or land sales, commercial rental contracts, and assessed housing values.
•
Records can change with reporting and corrections. Before an important decision, check the source on the Ministry of Land's transaction disclosure system.

このツールは、韓国国土交通部の売買・賃貸の実取引資料と個別公示地価、韓国不動産院の公式不動産統計を照会します。結果には出典が付きます。
