1. Pricing Model

Vora uses a tool-based subscription model.
Each tool can be subscribed to individually, and a subscription includes:
A monthly usage allowance (number of calls) per tool
Full access to all features of the subscribed tool
Friend sharing functionality, if enabled by the user

2. Usage Policy

(1) Monthly Included Usage

Monthly included usage represents a usage right available during the applicable billing cycle.
Any unused portion of the monthly included usage does not roll over to the next billing cycle and expires automatically at the end of the current billing period.

(2) Top-Up Usage

Top-up usage credits may be used only while the subscription remains active.
Upon subscription termination or cancellation, any unused top-up usage credits will expire.
Usage credits are service usage rights and not monetary value. Unused usage credits are not refundable or transferable, except as otherwise expressly provided under the Refund Policy.
※ Usage is deducted only when an AI tool invocation is successfully completed
and a result is generated.
※ Usage deductions are applied first to the monthly included usage allowance.
Once the monthly included usage is exhausted, any additional top-up usage
credits will be deducted.

3. Billing & Renewal

All subscriptions are automatically renewed on a monthly basis.
If the billing date does not exist in a given month, the subscription will be renewed on the last day of that month.
Applicable taxes such as VAT or GST are automatically calculated and collected by Paddle.
Payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. The Company does not store or process users’ payment method information.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, automatic billing will stop from the next billing date.
Users will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription cancellation does not constitute a refund for any usage or subscription period that has already been provided.
Refunds for subscriptions or usage credits may be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy only if the request is made within seven (7) days from the payment date and the relevant AI tool or usage credits have not been used at all.
For users residing in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), applicable consumer protection laws allow the user to request a withdrawal (refund) within 14 days from the payment date; however, if the user has started using the AI tools or digital services during this period, the right of withdrawal may be restricted or lost in accordance with applicable laws.
※ For users residing in Japan, digital content and online services are generally not subject to cooling-off rights under Japanese law.
