1. Refund Eligibility

A full refund may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:
The refund request is made within 7 days of payment
(14 days for users residing in the EU, in accordance with applicable law)
No usage credits or calls have been used
The payment was made for a paid service (excluding free trials or promotions)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Any usage credits or calls have been used
The digital service or content has already been accessed or used
Any portion of used top-up credits
Promotional, bonus, or free credits
For users residing in the European Union, refund restrictions apply only where the user has expressly consented in advance to immediate service delivery and the waiver of the right of withdrawal.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle,
and no further charges will be applied from the next billing date.
Subscription cancellation does not constitute a refund,
and no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed based on whether the eligibility conditions set forth in this Refund Policy are met.
If the refund eligibility conditions are met, a refund will be automatically processed upon subscription cancellation, without the need for a separate refund request.
Refunds are issued via the Paddle payment system to the original payment method.
Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.
